In accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Health Services Basic Law No. 3359, Decree Law No. 663 on the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Health and its Affiliates, the Regulation on Private Hospitals, the regulations of Ministry of Health and other legislation provisions, you are hereby provided with information by ÖZEL IMC HASTANESİ YAŞAM ÖZEL SAGLIK HİZMETLERİ TİC ve SAN. A.Ş.(hereinafter referred to as “Private IMC Hospital”) within the scope of this Clarification Text in order to collect and process your personal data including those of special nature – which you provide to us when using our health services and other services.

With the capacity of Data Controller, the Private IMC Hospital will be authorized to record, store and update your personal data as specified in this Clarification Text, to share with third parties (relatives of the service recipient and/or public and/or private legal entities such as employer/insurer of the service recipient, third parties from whom our companies receive services or cooperate in order to carry out their activities subject to the purposes specified in the legislation to which our companies are subject) in cases permitted and/or required by the legislation or agreements, to communicate, classify and process in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation.

Your personal data is acquired via oral, written and visual statements in electronic environment, call center and webpage provided by Private IMC Hospital with the purposes of protecting public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, operation of treatment and care services, planning and management of their financing.
